Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled PHP Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-quality web applications, maintaining and optimizing existing systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Web Application Development:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and popular frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Integrate front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX to ensure seamless user experience.

2. Database Management:

• Design and optimize MySQL or other relational databases for application efficiency.
• Create SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support complex functionalities.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and effective backup strategies.

3. API Development and Integration:

• Develop and consume RESTful and SOAP APIs for internal and third-party services.
• Ensure smooth data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues promptly.

4. Code Maintenance and Debugging:

• Monitor and improve existing PHP applications for performance, security, and scalability.
• Debug software issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, front-end developers, and project managers to implement new features.
• Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and deployment processes.

6. Testing and Deployment:

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing for all applications.
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms or shared servers and monitor performance.
• Optimize applications for speed, security, and reliability.

7. Security and Best Practices:

• Implement secure coding practices, input validation, and protection against common vulnerabilities.
• Stay updated on security trends and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Follow company guidelines to maintain secure and scalable software solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in PHP and object-oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX.
• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Knowledge of web servers such as Apache or Nginx, and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure).
