Overview of the Role
As an HR–Talent Acquisition Intern, you will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, shortlisting profiles, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting employer branding initiatives. You will work closely with senior recruiters, hiring managers, and HR executives to ensure smooth recruitment workflows. This role helps you build real-world experience in people management, talent scouting, and HR operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct basic telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate data, recruitment trackers, and documentation.
- Assist in job postings, social media hiring promotions, and employer branding activities.
- Support onboarding tasks such as documentation and induction.
- Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Prepare daily/weekly hiring status reports.
- Collaborate with departments to understand job requirements.
