The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, search engines, and websites.
• Handle social media marketing activities including creating posts, reels, stories, and promotional content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Perform Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization to improve website rankings.
• Manage and update company websites and landing pages with SEO-friendly content.
• Create engaging marketing content, captions, and promotional materials for blogs, social media, and websites.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
• Support lead generation activities through digital campaigns, social media promotions, and website optimization.
• Coordinate with the design and development team to create effective marketing creatives, banners, and campaign visuals.
• Optimize website and content performance through AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI search optimization strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and improve digital marketing strategies.
• Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Track social media engagement, followers growth, and campaign results to improve marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI marketing tools, and social media algorithms.
• Work on LinkedIn marketing and job post promotions to support recruitment and brand visibility.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and strategies.
• Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) including on-page SEO techniques.
• Familiarity with social media marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Ability to create engaging social media content, captions, and promotional posts.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics and performance tracking tools.
• Knowledge of keyword research tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, or similar tools.
• Experience in content writing for blogs, social media, and websites.
• Understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI-based search strategies will be an added advantage.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and generate performance reports.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing tools and campaign management.
• Familiarity with Canva or other basic design tools for creating simple marketing creatives.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with marketing and development teams.
• Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple marketing activities.
• Passion for learning new digital marketing tools, strategies, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Social Media Marketing.
