Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, your core responsibilities will include:
- Identify and Reach Out to Potential Clients: Research and connect with companies looking for IT solutions, including web development, mobile applications, and enterprise software.
- Market and Competitor Research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to strategically position Blazingcoders’ services.
- Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through calls, emails, online platforms, networking events, and social media channels.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Proposal, Presentation, and Quotation Preparation: Prepare tailored proposals, product presentations, and quotations to meet client requirements and expectations.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and developers, to understand project scope and deliverables, ensuring smooth onboarding of clients.
- CRM and Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales opportunities, and update reports to monitor progress and forecast revenue.
- Support Marketing and Sales Initiatives: Work closely with marketing teams to contribute to campaigns, webinars, events, and promotional activities that drive business growth.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Handle client negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure timely closure of business deals.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Business Development, IT Sales, or B2B Sales
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for effective client interactions
- Negotiation & Presentation: Ability to conduct presentations, handle objections, and close deals
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Language Skills: Good command of English for international client communication
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields
- Work Style: Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative team player
- Analytical Thinking: Able to understand client requirements and propose strategic solutions
