Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

Blazingcoders is looking for a Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience to generate leads, communicate with clients, and support the sales process. The candidate will work with the marketing and sales team to acquire new customers, maintain relationships with existing clients, and help achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through research and outreach.
• Contact potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Present and explain company software products and services to clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Collaborate with the technical team for project discussions and client requirements.
• Attend meetings and participate in sales strategy planning.
• Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
• Suggest improvements for sales processes and client engagement.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Tamil & English.
• Basic knowledge of IT services, websites, and apps.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle clients professionally.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office.
• Understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking.
• Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with passion for sales and business development.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
