Business Development Executive

Job Overview:

Blazingcoders is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support our sales and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our software solutions, and assisting the sales team in converting leads into long-term customers. You will work closely with both the marketing and technical teams to drive business growth and maintain strong client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential business opportunities and target customers.
• Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and online communication channels.
• Introduce and explain the company’s software products and digital services to clients.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into successful sales.
• Maintain and update client information in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with the development team to understand client requirements.
• Participate in meetings to discuss sales strategies and market opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and submit periodic reports.
• Provide suggestions to improve customer engagement and sales processes.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Basic understanding of IT services, websites, and mobile applications.
• Good negotiation and client-handling abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office and computer applications.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven and enthusiastic about business development.
• Willingness to learn new sales techniques and market trends.

Eligibility:

• Any degree (MBA is an advantage but not compulsory).
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Working Hours:
Monday – Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
